What a named option means
A named option points to a property page published by an operator or marketplace. We provide the area, housing format, a reason to compare it, and a question to check. This establishes a useful lead; it does not establish that a particular room is vacant today or that a price will hold. The real-options directory links every card to its original source.
How a bookable listing would be reviewed
Before a property becomes a bookable ColivingScout profile, we would need to confirm the operator’s identity and permission, the property location, current room photographs, what the price includes, availability, stay and cancellation terms, and a reliable route for guest questions. A work-related claim such as internet speed should include a recent measurement from the actual space.
We will not add invented review scores, verified badges, “best price” claims or bookable offers. The sample explorer and its detailed fictional profiles remain excluded from indexing so they cannot be mistaken for real stock in search results.
