When you use an approved partner link and complete an eligible booking, ColivingScout may receive a commission from the partner. This does not make a sample space bookable, and a commission is never guaranteed.
Current status
We have not activated any affiliate booking links yet. The sample space profiles and their prices are fictional previews. Our property leads name real spaces researched from operator and marketplace pages and link directly to the original sources; those direct links are not affiliate links. ColivingScout does not claim current availability or take bookings for them.
When links go live
We will only add a link after the partner approves ColivingScout and issues a tracking URL. The link will name the partner, open its site and be visibly labeled on the page. Any booking, payment, cancellation and customer support will be handled by that partner under its terms.
How recommendations stay useful
A partner’s commission does not establish a property’s quality, price or availability. Compare the full cost, exact room, house rules and cancellation policy on the booking site. Editorial destination advice is independent of partner participation. Paid links are disclosed where they appear.
